Facing life in gaol without parole when framed for a crime, crook Darien Fawkes (Vincent Ventresca) is offered a pardon if he'll agree to take part in his brother's medical experiment. This enails planting a synthetic gland in his brain which secretes a substance called Quicksilver that can bend light, which renders the wearer invisible. But Quicksilver's side-effect means Darien's sanity is slowly being worn away... A convoluted, uninspired, ultra-violent TV movie pilot to a series made for the Sci-Fi Channel.
