Breck Eisner

Where: USA

The former commercials director made his big screen debut with the big budget action adventure Sahara.

The son of former Disney boss Michael Eisner, he studied at the University of Southern California Film School.

He was championed by Steven Spielberg who chose him to direct the mini-series Taken in 2002.

Eisner made his feature debut with the TV pilots The Invisible Man and Thoughtcrimes before being handed the reins of Sahara.
