Narrated by Dame Judi Dench, this poignant documentary film uncovers some of the stories behind the Jewish children transported to the UK from Germany just before the start of World War Two and their parents' persecution. The children are followed as they arrive in a strange country, leaving behind the people and language they know. We cannot fail to be moved, although the tone of the piece overall is positive and optimistic.
