Not your average Spike Lee film (what is? ), this is his documentary shot on the North Carolina leg of a concert tour by four of America's top black stand-up comics. Don't expect backstage insight - there's no comment here from Lee - just the raw, on-stage performances of Steve Harvey (MC), DL Hughley, Cedric the Entertainer and Bernie Mac. The black-white observational comedy is hilarious, but much will go over the heads of those who aren't American and black.
