Investigative reporter David Dukes is marked for assassination, after he discovers that government dirty tricks lie behind the mysterious shooting down of some air force helicopters. Budding hit woman and former Buffy the Vampire Slayer Kristy Swanson is assigned to take him out, but can't bring herself to complete her mission after seeing him with his child. So the pair teams up to root out the real villains. A hail of bullets and assorted explosions fail to spice up the turgid mix of mediocre performances and tortuous storyline that makes up this predictable mess.
