The 20-year-old Lucan (Kevin Brophy) who was raised by wild animals in the forest till he was 10 (Todd Olsen in flashback), is now setting off on a new life journey - looking for his identity. With strong acting from a very good adult cast (Stockard Channing, Ned Beatty, John Randolph), the old wild child story comes up as fresh as a daisy in this involving reincarnation, and MGM Television was emboldened by its success to make a very short-lived series.
