Jason Chandler plays FBI agent Muldoon, eagerly on the case of a serial killer, until he discovers the killer's got another killer on his own tail! Given this Death Wish premise, Muldoon could have sat back and thought, 'case closed'. His female partner (Cathy Moriarty) fancies him, but gets nowhere, as do the plot twists and red herrrings, but we know where we're heading and what will happen, so it's all a great let-down.
