Michael Harris stars as a particularly evil, indestructible superhuman killer called The Sandman, who avoids execution and breaks jail to track down the sole survivor (Jay Underwood) of his slaughter spree 17 years earlier. This chiller is that special combination of ingredients: nasty, clichéd, predictable and inept, with bad acting, cheesy special effects and tatty production values, that should guarantee you reaching for the off switch or the sick bucket.
