How the mighty are fallen. George Hamilton gives an embarrassingly arch turn as this second sequel's villain, a slimy warlock, and three of cinema's most lovely comedy actresses --- Cathy Moriarty, Shelley Duvall and Teri Garr --- get stuck with trying to out-act him as wicked aunties to the film's little witch heroine Wendy (Lizzie McGuire's Hilary Duff). With the performances so silly, and the script pretty daft too, only tiny children who enjoy adults acting disgracefully will be greatly entertained.
