Star names - Bridget Fonda, Kiefer Sutherland, even Tippi Hedren - may entice you, but this is a gloomy and uninvolving thriller in which a no-good husband, having battered his wife (Fonda), disappears, leaving her as the chief suspect for his murder. Sutherland and Steven Weber are the cops on the terrified Fonda's trail. Hedren has a tiny role as Fonda's mum. Sutherland is OK, but Weber wins the silliest moustache award.
