This slice-and-dice killer-on-the-rampage effort was pretty second rate even when it was made and looks even more bargain basement now. The psycho in this one zeroes in on brides-to-be and the cop who is after him was about to marry one of his previous victims. Lots of splatter but not much tension. If you like this sort of thing, it's been done better by others. The only reason for watching this tosh is that down the cast list is Tom Hanks in his first screen appearance. He'd probably prefer to forget this.
