This vigorous British crime drama starring John Gregson and Herbert Lom also features Sean Connery as an Irish gangster, a year before he became James Bond. A very under-rated British gangster movie starring a youthful Sean Connery and the gorgeous Yvonne Romain. The plot concerns the protection racket and the falling out of gangs. Good performances also come from Herbert Lom and Alfred Marks. Worth seeing for a bit of British nostalgia.
