Hip-hop superstar Snoop is garish and grotesque in his first starring role, but his character fits in nicely with the bloody visual effects and the over zealous messages about good versus evil.

Not particularly original or enticing, Bones is targeted at young urban males who like violence, gore and guts.

Told in excessive bleached-out groovy '70s flashback style, the reality tales of crack cocaine abuse and gangland murder make a clear point that humanity has neither rectified it's bad elements, nor will it ever change.
