What a hoot! Lots of great fun to be had, especially when Bridget flashes her knickers as she slithers down the fireman's pole. A lovely, light-hearted way to spend the evening.

Good for men too - but the film lacks the ironic edge of the book.

Colin Firth, Hugh Grant - a feast for the eyes! Don't see how Bridget will be able to interview Mr Firth in the sequel, as she does in the book, when he's actually playing her boyfriend! But plenty visually for the boys and the girls.
