Conrad Vernon
Born: Lubbock, Texas, USA
Vernon made his directorial debut with the box office smash Shrek 2 (he also voiced the part of the Gingerbread Man in both movies).
He began his film career in 1991 as an animator and gag writer on Cool World and went on to write and storyboard 2 Stupid Dogs and Rocko's Modern Life.
In 1994, he moved to Film Roman, where he worked on The Simpsons and the Ren and Stimpy Show.
Joining DreamWorks SKG in 1996, he storyboarded Antz as well as The Road to El Dorado.
In 2001, he directed the Steve Martin animated short Morto The Magician.
