The ex-model caused a furore with her debut in a movie reputed to be the most sexually explicit ever released in the British mainstream.
Stilley was a fashion model in America's bible belt before she was cast in Michael Winterbottom's 9 Songs through the agency Q Casting.
"Even if I never make another film, I still think [9 Songs] great."
However, after the media storm that greeted her no-holds barred performance in the movie, she initially insisted she would be giving up acting.
She later relented... but not before her mother Debbie had commented: "[Margo] has a very deep faith in God. I pray for her every day, twice a day."
Recent work has included the Chris Morris TV media satire Nathan Barley.
