Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones
The fifth and penultimate outing in George Lucas's space saga finds a teenage Anakin struggling to mature under Obi-Wan's tutelage, while the evil Count Dooku works behind the scenes to instigate the war that will indirectly bring down the republic.
Amazing film - but quite sad when it ended as you realised it was all over nothing more to look forward to. I remember watching the first one back in the 70s and they have all been great. It's a shame when people just don't get it and feel they have the right to insult such a phenomenon.

By far the best of the 3 in the new trilogy. You could miss out I and III and just watch this - probably comes in 3rd after the original and Empire. Much better acting, brilliant effects, great storyline - darker than the rest it has a coming of age feel about it & really draws you in. Non Star Wars fans I know have raved about it - it is hugely entertaining and really worth seeing in digital if you can. Fantastic!

Poor film. Worst Star Wars yet. Poor acting and genrally a bad movie.
George Hulston
A fantastic film like all star wars films, acted very well, and I disagree with anyone who doesn't like it or insults the film!
DANIEL CROWLEY
Better than the first one but a bit little bit too luvey dovey.

Really good. One of the best movies I've ever seen.

This movie corrects mistakes from the Phantom Menace (Jar Jar Binks) but it is ultimately ruined by poor acting by the leading couple (Hayden Christensen and Natalie Portman). The chemistry between these two is the worst I have seen in a leading Hollywood film. The huge robotic battles feel to impersonal, unlike Part 4 where you feel a connection with each character. Also Darth Maul is a big loss. Hayden only looked comfortable in scenes showing Rage. Hopefully this will suit Revenge of the Sith

This was a good attempt, but something is missing. Whilst they have concentrated on the action and effects, they seemed to have missed one of the best aspects of Star Wars....where is the fun, where is the endless race against time and the story is full of holes.

As we all know, Star Wars is one of the biggest movie series of all time and this episode in the saga is one of the most exciting movies of the series. Even though people didn't care much for The Phantom Menace, I actually quite liked it but this movie sets a new bar in sci-fi action. A great story to tie in with the series, loads of special effects and glourious sound, this is a truly remarkable technological movie.
