Collateral
Tom Cruise goes against type to play the villain as Michael Mann looks to recreate the success of Heat in this hitman-on-a-mission thriller. Jamie Foxx is the reluctant cabbie who is forced to go along with Cruise's slick killer in this accomplished outing where the city of Los Angeles is just as much the star. Mark Ruffalo gives the rom-coms a rest to play the cop on Cruise's trail.
Brilliant. Tom Cruise did a fantastic job as an assasin.
Frances Ekiko
Totally loved this movie - deifinately go see it!
Mark Flynn
A super film with a great story and cracking performance and cool soundtrack. But its the director, Michael Mann, who brings the best out of the story and actors. Great.
Louise Hunt
Go and see this.....the reviewer of this film dosen't know what he's on about. I'm not normally a fan of this type of film but I was gripped from the first scene and I think that Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx were a fantastic cast choice.
Kirsty Flitter
I would say see this film. It was gripping. I am not a Tom Cruise fan but I thought he was really good in this. But I have to say James Foxx was just fantastic. The ending was a bit disappointing but the rest of the film was great!
Stephen Hines
Intensely gripping with great performances from both Jamie Foxx and Tom Cruise, however, the ending fails to
tie up loose ends, but the amazing direction by Michael Mann and the action sequences really support the fabric of the plot, making this movie a must see.
Aidan Horan
Quite good, but Cruise is a little disappointing. The action sequences are impressive - staying true to Michael Mann's reputation. Could have done with a soundtrack more suited to a film of this nature. Would go to see it again.
Amy Hindhaugh
Very disappointing, the worst film Tom Cruise has played a part in. Boring, far-fetched, 60 minutes too long... don't bother.
Ross Hutchins
Tom Cruise at his best, none stop from start to finish. Amazing when you look at how it was all filmed in the cab. Well worth seeing.
