The competition is residents of Great Britain who are 21 years and over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of Future Publishing, companies associated with the competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the competition.
All entries must be received by 30 May 2008. The promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your mail. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. One entry per household. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
One winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator, from all the correct and eligible entries received on or around 30 June 2008. The winners will be notified by email by 1 July 2008.
The prize consists of return scheduled flights from London (Heathrow) to New York (JFK) for two adults and five nights at one of Funway's first-class, city centre, hotels, all taxes and fuel surcharges, return airport/hotel transfers, a New York city map and a Macy's discount shopping card. Travel insurance is also included for two adults. Prize is for two adults (over 18) travelling together and sharing a room. Prize must be taken within these dates: 1 September to 17 December 2008, 1 January to 31 March 2009. No meals are included. Extras such as additional nights, sightseeing tours and tickets to Broadway shows are not included but may be booked through Funway Holidays (0844 557 0770, www.funwayholidays.co.uk), at a supplement, to be paid for by the prize-winner.
There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part. Future Publishing reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence. By entering this competition you also agree to receive details of future offers and promotions from Future Publishing Limited and related third parties. By entering the competition you give permission to use your name, likeness and personal information in connection with the competition and for promotional purposes without additional remuneration. If you are a winner, you may have to provide additional information. Details of winners will be available on request within three months of the closing date.
If you are a winner, receipt by you of any prize is conditional upon you complying with (amongst other things) Future's competition rules. You acknowledge and agree that neither Future nor any associated third parties shall have any liability to you in connection with your use and/or possession of your prize.
