Simon Ward

London-born Simon Ward joined the National Youth Theatre at the age of 13, and then went on to attend RADA.

Theatre called, including London's West End, and his big break, in Loot, which led to a number of small film and television roles.

Perhaps his best work is his portrayals of the lead characters in Young Winston (1972), All Creatures Great and Small in 1974 and Supergirl ten years later.

Ward has also appeared on TV in Around The World in 80 Days and a Ruth Rendell Mystery.
