Conviction

Philadelphia ghetto-born criminal Carl Upchurch (Against The Rope's Omar Epps) changes his spots while in jail to become a respected speaker, organiser and campaigner for black rights. Based on the autobiography, Convicted In The Womb, director Kevin Rodney Sullivan takes a break from lighter fare such as Barbershop 2 and Guess Who.
