Jim Sturgess

The actor is best known for the Beatles musical drama Across The Universe and the Las Vegas caper movie 21.
Growing up in the English provinces, Sturgess was a member of the National Youth Theatre from 1993 to 1995.
He went to study at the University of Salford's School of Media, Music and Performance and also played with the band Dilated Spies.
Sturgess kicked off in British productions, mostly TV films, including I'm Frank Morgan, Hawkins and three instalments of the Quest series.
In 2007, he made his big break in the Beatles-themed Across the Universe, portraying Jude, a Liverpudlian musician who travels to America to find his father.
The folliwng year, he appeared in the fictional historical drama The Other Boleyn Girl in the supporting role of George Boleyn opposite Natalie Portman.
Recent work includes 21, the story of six American students who work out a system for fleecing Las Vegas casinos.
