When William (Max Beesley) goes off to find his musical fortune in London he doesn' know he'll become the witness to the murder of a man by two dwarfs. The original novel's title was called The Dwarves of Death, which gives a clue as to the offbeat tone of this bizarre tale, with strange imagery and many confusing sections. Ray Winsone plays a sinister, drug-taking record producer and the late John Peel also appears. Often rambling, it's a crazy concotion.
