Friday the 13th Part III

Originally shot in 3-D, the notorious killer Jason Vorhees sets his sights on another group of teenagers...this time a motorcylce gang rather than school counsellors. This sees the first outing of the hockey mask (he used to hide behind a pillow case before) but, other than that, it's business as usual, this time in a remote farm.

Crazy hockey-masked killer Jason (Richard Brooker) is still slicing and dicing kids up at Camp Crystal Lake.

The horror saga continues, the same story as in just about all the sequels to Friday the 13th, except this time Jason goes to New York City.

An opening flashback reminds us of the events that transpired in the first two films causing us to expect more of the same.

Compared to the other movies in the series, Friday the 13th Part 3 is not the best in the series. Maybe the fact that it was released in 3-D but is shown in 2-D, has taken away some of the viewing suspense.
