Ginger Rogers and Carol Channing go West to sell barbed wire to ranchers in this lightweight comedy western, one of the last films Rogers made for RKO. Both ladies appear to be having fun, but it's all pretty forgettable really. The cast, in fact, is far more intertesting than the film: Miss Channing's tall Texan boyfriend, for example, is played by Clint Eastwood! Would he be embarrassed if he knew you were watching this? I suspect he would. Even taller James Arness is also around, in one of his comparatively few big-screen roles; he had to be content with remaining the Clint Eastwood of the little screen.
