One of a series of short films produced by David Puttnam during his tenure at Columbia Pictures. Reminiscent of the early work of Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin, it pits the hero against floods, fire, electrocution, a gun-wielding neighbour and a spectacular fall - and all because a banging window in a neighbouring flat keeps him awake at night. It has two personable actors in Roscoe Lee Browne, from 'The Cosby Show' and Barry Neikrug, best known for his role in the Tom Hanks comedy 'Punchline'.
