Actor-director Sam Wanamaker made this particular entry in the Columbo casebook, with Theodore Bikel as the arrogant accountant who believes no-one can outwit him. He should have guessed the game was up when Columbo says: 'There's just one thing that bothers me', but perhaps he's one of the few people who hasn't seen any previous Columbo films.
