Shawn Levy
The actor-turned-director made his debut behind the lens with the American box office smash Big Fat Liar.
After graduating from Yale University, Levy moved to LA where he worked as an actor in TV series including Thirtysomething and Beverly Hills 90210.
Switching to directing, his debut short Broken Record won the Golden Plaque at the Chicago Film Festival.
Television projects including The Secret World of Alex Mack and Birds of Prey followed and he also had success with TV pilots for Disney and Nickleodeon.
His upcoming project is Cheaper By The Dozen, an America reworking of the Nick Hornby novel Fever Pitch and starring Steve Martin.
