This low-budget Canadian drama starts well enough, with some explosive mid-air action sequences, but soon splutters to a standstill. Steve Guttenberg, donning dark glasses and stubble in Bruce Willis mode, tries his hardest as the leader of the elite government squad Mach One, but just hasn't the stature to compete with the big boys. Sean Bean, after his villainous 006 in GoldenEye, finds himself, once again, on the wrong side of the law as the leader of a terrorist gang who steal a deadly virus and try to escape Guttenberg's pursuers. There are explosions a-plenty, but don't expect Mission: Impossible. Still, it may entertain in the short term.
