The last of the four films about Donald Hamilton's super-agent Matt Helm, and better than the second and third, if not up to the first of the series, The Silencers. The director is Phil Karlson, which at least guarantees that the screen will be busy 100 per cent of the time. The action, as a result, fairly buzzes along. Once more Helm (Dean Martin) proclaims he's through with ICE, the super-secret organisation out to conquer an enemy organisation known as Big O; but soon he's involved in a hunt for a billion dollars in gold which has been hi-jacked in Denmark.
