Best known for her role as Mona in the TV series Fame, Linda has been starring in movies since the 80's.

Her feature debut was in Popeye, in which she played Mrs. Oxeheart, Popeye's mum, and The Year Of Living Dangerously followed.

Linda's career was lucrative throughout the 80's and then in 1990 she played Arnie's fellow schoolteacher in Kindergarten Cop.

Throughout the 90's Linda continued to work solidly, although that leading role still proved elusive.

The voice of Grandmother Willow in Pocahontas, and a major role in Dragonfly have been highlights of her career in recent years.
