Dave Thomas

The former advertising executive switched to entertainment working alongside John Candy, Dan Aykroyd and Eugene Levy.
He co-founded the award-winning TV series SCTV and, with Rick Moranis, co-created the infamous McKenzie Brothers.
Thomas co-starred in the cult hit comedy film The Adventures of Bob and Doug Mackenzie: Strange Brew, the highest grossing Canadian comedy of 1983.
He has appeared in numerous feature films, including Stripes with Bill Murray and Harold Ramis and Spies Like Us (Dave was also co-writer with Aykroyd) with Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd.
Thomas also directed The Experts, starring John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Boris & Natasha with Sally Kellerman and appeared in Coneheads with Dan Aykroyd, and most recently Rat Race with John Cleese, Whoopi Goldberg and Cuba Gooding, Jr.
In 2001, Thomas played a featured role in the features Who's Your Daddy and voiced a role along with Joaquin Phoenix and Rick Moranis in the full-length Disney animated feature Brother Bear.
