A very rude sex comedy about a couple who set things alight when they make love. It's also a very bad sex comedy. The script runs like a Woody Allen throw-out, with such lines as 'You realise that memories are not your own but shared by someone else.' There's the spark (! ) of a fun idea here, but Kevin Bacon can't play comedy this broad and his real-life wife Kyra Sedgwick is way over the top as his fiery friend. The best things in this film are the impressive clips of cities on fire from such vintage movies as In Old Chicago.
