Grumpier Old Men

Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon return as the disreputable pensioners still squabbling over anything that takes their attention, in this case glamorous Italian widow Sophia Loren, who wants to turn their fishing bait shop into a ristorante. Surprisingly denied a UK film release, this sees the feuding old-timers on fine form as they spark off the feisty Loren.

Surprisingly denied a UK cinema release, this classy comedy sequel continues the feuding of grumpy old Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau.

Still waging war on each other, again with amusing results, the pair are sidetracked by fiery Italian Sophia Loren and her plans to turn the local fishing bait shop into a 'ristorante'.

Loren looks fabulous and the pensioners, Matthau in particular, play the comedy and romance to perfection.
