Eric Roberts stars as a cop suspected of murdering his wife in this by-the-numbers Canadian thriller that, unsurprisingly, went straight to video. Of course he's innocent and the bulk of the film is devoted to him trying to find the real killer. Familiar territory, then, and ground that has been more effectively covered quite a few times before.
