Dolph Lundgren plays a former landmine specialist turned fistfigher, recruited by the US government to find an unknown enemy's new explosive device in Angola. Though this is a typically weary, by-the-numbers star vehicle, but there's some tasty if gory action, not too much chatter in between times, and Dolph remains his usual, likeable, hunky self.
