Conrad Pla
Born: 24 October 1966
Where: Madrid, Spain
Spanish born actor Conrad Pla has begun to make a name for himself in features after years of TV work.
In Confessions of a Dangerous Mind he was unaccredited and played a 'large man' - but at least he was awarded the opportunity to work with George Clooney - his most high profile co-star to date.
Conrad's feature debut was Chasing Holden in 2001, and for a couple more films he was also a background character, or even an extra.
But in 2002 he played opposite Stephen Dorff and Natasha Henstridge, and then he won a role as a security guard in The Sum Of All Fears, starring Ben Affleck.
Apart from his relatively major role in Confession of a Dangerous Mind, most recently Conrad has appeared in Swindle, opposite Sherilyn Fenn and Eternal - a detective thriller. 96
