Billy Crystal and Gregory Hines are the Chicago cop partners in this typical Hollywood buddy-buddy movie that's so well made it keeps you watching right through to the end with much action and excitement. Crystal and Hines joke their way enjoyably through loads of chases and shoot-outs in the pursuit of a king drug dealer (Jimmy Smits). Look closely at the snow scenes - foam had to stand in for the real thing.
