This documentary-style crime thriller is narrated by that heavyweight Cannon star William Conrad. Star Wars star Mark Hamill plays well against his usual clean-cut image as a psychotic killer out to murder a top country-and-western singer while tough Los Angeles cops Robert Forster and Don Johnson scour the city to catch Hamill before he can strike or a second time. Canadian director Harvey Hart - once a rising talent in Hollywood - extracts the maximum suspense and excitement from this above-average thriller.
