A rarity: a sex comedy that at times is both sexy and funny - though not, you should be warned, all of the time. At least Stanley Donen's cameras catch the authentic Brazilian atmosphere, as Caine and Bologna, both with marriage problems, go for a tropic holiday with their daughters - and Caine embarks on an affair with his friend's (very nubile) 'little girl'. Much of what folllows is quite funny, particularly when Bologna finds out but proves to have an amorous secret of his own. Caine and Bologna play the shenanigans in commendably relaxed style and, while Michelle Johnson can't act for toffee, she certainly is an apple of a dish: must be why Caine falls in love with her! Even in the less showy role, though, you'd have put your money on Demi Moore for stardom out of the two girls involved. Contains nudity.
