Romantic drama starring Demi Moore as either a single New Yorker or a widow with two kids living in Provence - neither she, nor the audience, knows until the end of the film.

Both worlds appear equally real, and Demi's dilemma grows when she falls in love with two men - an accountant (William Fichtner) in New York and a writer (Stellan Skarsgard) in France.

A fantasy angle would have been an easy option, but director Alain Berliner's film instead turns serious, wrongfooting you here and there until its rather moving conclusion.
