Michael Caine stars in this really ridiculous PoW camp escape film. The idea is that a team of footballing prisoners will take on the might of the Third Reich, win and escape at the same time. Takes some believing, doesn't it? But it's allegedly based on real events. Lots of famous footballing stars are in the cast, including Pele who choreographed the footie action, plus Sylvester Stallone in goal. And the famous John Huston directed. Very bizarre, but it's now seen as a cult classic. So bad, it's great!
