Rob Lowe plays a tough New York detective and Sam Neill is a playboy crook he's assigned to question when the criminal is placed under witness protection. Despite the unlikely casting, the interplay between the two underrated actors is dynamic in an often enjoyable TV movie with flashy twists and turns. Alicia Coppola plays Lowe's endangered wife.
