Arrogant crime writer Bradley Thompson is poisoned and the dead man's wife, also an author, stands accused of murder. But is she guilty? You can be sure eagle-eyed Perry Mason will find out. Although there's a fairly formidable supporting cast led by Tony Lo Bianco and Britain's David Warner, it can't lift this courtroom drama much beyond the average. Undeterred by such mediocrity, Raymond Burr went on cracking cases to his death.
