A drama with a background of the American parole system, this film features Tony Lo Bianco as a convict on parole and who undertakes a special assignment in an effort to make the best out of his new chances. Sheree North co-stars as a parole officer to whom he has to report, while weasel-faced Ed Lauter plays another paroled convict. Also featured is famous film star Dana Andrews. The film was directed by Richard Donner who has enjoyed a long career as a maker of TV movies, particularly episodes of many of the most popular series, dating back to the very early Sixties. But perhaps he is best known today as the director of two of the cinema's really big box-office hits, The Omen and Superman.
