The introductory film to a police series concerning car thefts. The two central characters are officers attached to the special unit and their investigation centres on a stolen Mercedes Benz - but the registered owner's address proves to be nothing but a vacant lot. A female officer named Samantha uncovers a previous owner who goes by the unusual name of Junkyard George Kowalski (and since the film's director is Bernie Kowalski, one suspects a private joke here), but her discovery leads to even more mysteries.
