Candid Cameron proves beauty is only skin deep...Hollywood beauty Cameron Diaz has opened up about the terrible acne that kept her out of the limelight during London's premiere of Gangs of New York in January.
Diaz, who found stardom in There's Something About Mary, admitted she can't bring herself to look at a mirror when she gets the acne attacks.
And she's so worried about getting infections that she uses tissues when opening doors.
The Charlie's Angels star said: "I know I'm an attractive girl...but even I have a flaw.
"My skin is so over-sensitive I get inflamed spots at the smallest thing.
"If it's possible I even touch door handles with tissues.
"On days like that (the premiere) I just stay away from the mirror."
It's refreshing to find a star who's not afraid to discuss her imperfections.
