William Shatner plays a man with compulsive need to seek the company of prostitutes in this faintly sordid and frankly clinched drama. He (or course) has an attractive wife and cute kids, but this doesn't stop him going where lots of men have been before. Michelle Phillips takes what acting kudos there are as Shatner's wife and Cybill (Moonlighting) Shepherd is one of the professional ladies he visits. Shatner, unfortunately, generates no sympathy in his role and if you don't care what happens there's no point in watching.
