An obscure part of Kevin Costner's filmography! He plays a good-guy gangster in this Canadian movie set in the 20s. It was made in 1983, never released in the cinema and limped out on video - on the back of Costner's growing mega-stardom. Variety described it as "a very dull show... that plays like a sub-par telefilm. " There was praise for Sara Botsford's villainous gambling club operator.
