Writer-director Alex Graves carves a tense little thriller from this tale of Annie (Caroline Goodall), regularly beaten by husband Bill (Jon Gries), a violent cop who likes to be in control. Then a strange newcomer (Mark Harmon) to her cookery class offers to bump off her husband. The stars do well - especially the affecting Goodall - and this surprisingly compelling film is packed with suspense.
